You can format text into the Document window through setting properties in the Property inspector. First one, choose the text you desire to format, and then apply the modification. You will alter the font type & size of the text.

1. If the Property inspector isn't open, select Window > Properties.

2. In the primary text description layout cell, choose all of the text from the word "Fly," through the last word "ravioli."

3. In the Property inspector's second Format pop-up menu, that reads currently.

Default Font chooses Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif.

4. In the Size pop-up menu, choose 2.

The text in your document updates automatically to reflect the changes.

5. Repeat the above steps to choose & format the text into the other two text- description layout cells.
