Cancellation & Refund Policy
Merchant business' return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers have to click on an "Accept" or "Agree" for return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the order has been submitted, policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
• No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Mywordsolution marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
When you buy our services, your purchase is covered by our 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not received your purchase, late delivery (only if you notified us before delivery that no need for delivery of product, this notification will not consider in revision case), (terms and conditions applied and mentioned cleary below) then you can communicate with us for refund. Request for refund is accepted for below reason only
No service delivered.
No service delivered in due date.
• Refund allowed: - If order is not delivered within due date and customer notifies us to stop working and refund the amount, then we successfully process the refund and your full amount is refunded.
• Refund not allowed: - If order was not delivered within due date, but customer followed for order delivery and he/she did’t inform us to stop working. It means the customer mutually agreed with the late delivery and our team has done their effort to meet customer’s requirements.
• In revision case, if due date exceed then refund request can’t be proceed because it’s all about customer’s follow-up in revision and it can take time to follow revision and modification.
Your purchase does not meet your requirements and you are not comfortable to follow further revision. You will need to ask for refund at that same time.(For missing partial requirements, you can ask for revision, support team will provide you quick support for revision and modifications. But refund won’t be considered in this case.)
Refund can’t be proceed without proper proofs and reasons, The customer who has an issue in purchase, must write us an email with proper proof of bad service delivery and issues in purchase.
Partial refund request is proceed if your purchase misses with some requirements. (The partial refund amount will be decided by management team after reviewing whole work in proportion)
Request for refund can’t accepted for below reason
Refund can’t be considered if you change your original requirement, which is mentioned at the time of purchase.
An email formally asks for refund won’t be considered. You will need to show proper proof and documents, showing bad service delivery.
The purchase of lengthy writing assignments – refund can’t be considered after full service delivery. If you have an issue in purchase then you can ask for revision/modification within 15 days from the day we deliver your order. These orders are time consuming and if you have any issue then you can simply ask us for modification/revision, we give you quick support within 15 days from the day we deliver your order.
If you follow some revisions/modifications or long follow-ups in revision case then refund request can’t be considered. It shows you have been mutually agreed with delivered solution.
Refund request can’t be proceed without intimating us the issues/problems in purchase. (No refund will be allowed if you do not state the reason behind it.) You can contact us by email or chat support to show the reasons for refund. If you don’t follow policy then charge back is strictly not allowed.
You may request for any Modification/clarifications within 15 days from the day we deliver your order. If you ask modification/clarification after 15 days, it will be asked for extra payment for expert’s assistance. You can’t claim the refund in same case.
Once you confirm your order, having delivery time more than 2 days, you can’t cancel your order after 2 hours. There is no cancellation/refund of orders which are placed under the Same Day Delivery.
We do not consider any individual grading system. We believe customer's satisfaction and quality working as per client's requirements. The refund request is proceed if you state the proper issues/reasons for bad service delivery. You will be answered within quick time.
Policy for Prepared Reference Guide/Solution Orders
For pre-pared reference guide and study materials and question’s answer there is no refund policy. This is not a matter or concern for due date and requirement, these are reference guides and it is already prepared and it will be delivered to the client just after payment within 1-2 hours or maximum 6 hours. Sometimes late mid night orders can be delivered within maximum 8 hours.
• If client did not receive order within 24 hours
• If client is not getting reply within 24 hours and then he informed us by email or message before delivery that he no longer required service.
Refund is not allowed
• If client matches with his requirement, because the solution is marked upto requirement mentioned at website.
• No concern for due date, if client purchases an order and after delivery he asks for refund, the refund request can’t be considered. This order keeps maximum delivery within 24 hours.
