We need a New website build, CMS integration, Logo design and SEO

Because of recently relocation abroad I am keen to revamp my previous business in a more exciting online way to aid me integrate into the new market place.

The areas of expertise that I am in search of are for a wide range of skills and if possible all under one roof. Nevertheless I am happy to manage different teams if required to make sure the end product is what I am after.

I want to have a website built from scratch that will have the following features (an in-depth spec can be provided for the successful partie(s)):

a) A members & non-members area (ability to log in)

b) Collection of personal details ¿ email, name etc, with email confirmation send from the site

c) Users to be able to upload 5mb files - .doc & .pdf

d) As a website owner to be able to add content easily to the site

e) A back end CMS system that allows it to all work smoothly

f) The website to be optimized

g) Logo branding

Desired Skills are MySQL Administration, HTML, PHP, Web Design and Web Programming
