Total makeover of existing bilingual website with SEO

• Offer an eye-catching, multilingual, easy to navigate and searchable website template offering several interactive features as well as reflecting the corporate design of the organization. Redesign as well as increase the homepage and interior pages to the satisfaction of organization. The website must conform to major web standards and be responsive enough on mobile/tablet form factors and use the latest HTML specification. It will be in English as well as French providing alternative support for other languages-

• The existing site map is to be revisited key words provided by organization to be integrated in the website. Linkages with related webpages must be assessed and integrated where feasible. Key statistics to be accessible to the organization (number of website users, etc.)

• Renovate the website framework from Symfony 1.4 to either Symfony 2.4 or a more powerful and easy-to-use system. Renovate the backend from ExtJS 3.4 to either ExtJS 4.2 or a more powerful and simple backend.
