Responsive Architectural Portfolio, HTML5 and jQuery

We are seeking a new website to showcase our architectural projects.

I have a good hint of exactly how I want the website to work however do not have the time to code it myself.

I have a good precedent site to display any interested parties.

Site should work with html/js as well as not rely on flash for animation.

Site should be cross platform compatible and responsive (I'm thinking of something similar to Apples site for the new Mac Pro).

Site need be capable of fairly easy updating via xml cms or similar.

Must be skilful of showing png/jpg images as well as maybe embedded vimeo/YouTube/or swf in the portfolio.

Desired Skills are JavaScript, HTML5 and Website Design
