Want someone to create from scratch or customise any of the online accessible real estate scripts.
I am establishing a property listing website as well as have been looking for a while for a script that works with my business model however there is nothing that is an exact fit.
My business is founded in USA. Members register on my website not to get property listings online however to receive the listings in their emails. They pay me a contribution on weekly monthly or yearly bases (different packages). In return I read entirely newspapers in the country daily (German and English) and by hand enter all property listings details from newspapers in my database. Members receive these listings every day in their email each according to the criteria they set in their control panel. On the website there is no real listing of properties.
The website as well as listings are in both German and English. The chief targets of my business are German readers however the site is bilingual members chose to receive the list
