Krace Gennedy Transport Manager has an employee workforce of 500 (100 in Mobay, 200 in Kingston, 150 in Ocho Rios and 50 in Falmouth) manufacturing workers - there are different types of workers (Canners, Packers, Technicians). The boss has realized that when it rains, productivity is generally low because people don't show up for work and people get to work late.

When it rains things slow down considerably.

There needs to be a database created with all the workers. It should contain at a minimum name, address, city, country, telephone, role, email, address location.

The boss has the following criteria for the application:

1. Provide him with an intuitive view of the weather forecast for the next 5 days.

2. If it's going to be a rainy day he sends a notification to all affected employees (in that city) with a schedule change - they will only work 4 hours instead of the usual 8 hours.

3. If it's sunny then a notification is sent to the employee to let them know they're scheduled for 8 hours tomorrow.

4. The automated notification should contain a summary of the weather forecast for that particular city.

5. You can create a structure and store some forecast data or pull it from an external source. Use your discretion.

6. The boss is a busy man and while he likes to see what is going on with the weather, he would rather to have a view which gives him a synopsis of the weather conditions in each city.

7. Depending on the weather conditions in a certain city, the styling for that region of the view should reflect a certain change.

BONUS

8. This view must also provide some historical data on concepts such as average rainfall. The use of analytical tools, such as graphs, could be employed.

9. In the future, he would like to bring local farmers into the weather application in order for them to collect data as well. You may use any tool available in order to create this feature.

Built the above application using PHP. Be sure to use relevant CSS for styling or use Bootstrap CSS for easy styling.
