PHP Developer Needed for Google Rank Checker and Customer Portal

Hired preceding developers and they did terrible work, We worked an great amount of hours and the money was wasted. I am seeking for another developer to step in look at the existing code as well as work with me to launch this project by February 1st. Here are several features of the project

-Google rank tracker
-PayPal gateway
-customer portal
-admin portal

I need to repair each of the bugs and get this working the way it should be working. Seeking for someone who is organized, dedicated to their work and speaks clear English.

Your responsibilities

- Review business requirements working with other team members
- Perform a technical analysis of requirements
- Produce a solid, detailed technical design
- Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision
- Work with the QA and Customer Support teams to triage
