Oscommerce postage fee - paypal fix

1. For certain reason the total payable send to ebay seems to no longer comprise the postage fee that was selected at check out. It is exposed on the paypal screen however not added to the total as well as it comes back in oscommerce as store pick-up

2. Rise product modem field length to 14 chars or might be in the order side that it is being cut short

3. Add a "new product" button to top of Categories/Products thus I don't have to pull down to bottom each time to add product

4. My hosting provider has updated PHP to latest version however I had to switch back as the postage option create a heap of PHP error's would like to get those selections updated to latest PHP versions
