Need help in Magento Site Optimization and Cross Browser Compatibility

Looking for Magento expert for optimization of development site due to be launched soon. Tasks would comprise the following:

- optimizing server cache,
- MySQL database management,
- front end optimization,
- install of SuperCacher, CloudFlare, Fooman Speedster extension as needed,
- implementing suggestions from GTMetrix

We have two Magento store views one for USD$ as well as one for CAD$ and two languages: French and English. The job also requires adding icons on the front page to direct customers to the right store based on their IP address or if they chose to click a different store.

We as well want to ensure cross-browser compatibility including mobile platforms which means that some design tweaks might be needed.

Please designate your experience for this type of work in your proposal along with some samples of successful site optimization. Please as well indicate what you plan on doing based on your analysis of our site.
