Individual Developer for charity-focused social network

We are developing a social network as well as marketplace for charities and need a programmer proficient in php, mysql, codeigniter, and mercurial to help fix bugs. We are seeking INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPERS. We are always seeking honest, hard-working programmers to take on more responsibilities like building out new functionality and features as well as we have a long road map, therefore if you're good there could be years of work with us.

Requirements

a) Good understanding of mercurial, codeigniter and preferably tortoisehg

b) Good English

c) For every day of work we need a short summary of all the work that was done that day, as well as how much time was spent on each task. It must only take 5 minutes.

d) Write modular, clean, robust code to implement the desired requirements
