House Rental tracking Hosted Web GUI and DB

Want a web interface program to track short term rentals of multiple vacation properties. Most information wants to be scraped twice a day off of an existing website.

Scraping-

Website to be scraped (VRBO.com) requires login as well as passphrase. Has all the information that needs to be displayed in "VRBO

Expense Tracker". All property has a unique url address. Renter Details will be scraped.

Every Rental varies from 2 days to 20 days and may have different check in and check out times.

Main Page-

Add a Property (Add Property ID and URL of property)

Add Property Expenses

Add Pending Renter (for somebody who wants to rent but did not pay yet)

Update Information (Run Scraper on demand)

See current as well as upcoming rentals for 3 weeks.

Show as well as Print schedule for Dates Specified.

Export a profit as well as loss report into csv (Password Protected)

Find as well as display renter by email address or name

Renters with Missing Information.
