EVENT Web Based Program using PHP

We are seeking someone who is qualified in using the PHP to develop an Event Management program which arrange of payments via systems like PayPal, POLI as well as Credit from different clients.

There's Three Platforms which has three dissimilar functionalities.

Synopsis of each platform -

a) EVENTS Manager/ Admin Platform - This platform has full access to all Information as well as can upload information about clients spreadsheets from CSV or excel sheets. Approves as well as Managers Employees newly created Events and uploads online.

b) Employee Platform - A Employee tend to manage from 20 to 30 clients at a time they would create an event for their specific clients as well as sometimes all clients on the system, they have an option sending emails as well sms reminders to individual, specific clients or everyone.

Every event sent created has to be approved by the Events Manager

c) USER/CLIENTS PLATFORM - Each CLIENT has up to six allocated Members which will have tickets automatic allocated to their you.
