Background

The Acme Day Care Center is the premier provider of child care services in Montgomery County. It gives support for children ages 3-6 years. It operates the subsequent 4 classes:

1. Class for 3-year olds
2. Class for 4-year olds
3. Class for 5-year olds
4. Class for 6-year olds

Objective

The Center needs a basic website to allow its administrator to do the subsequent functions.

• Enroll children into the center
• Assign children to one of four classes
•  List children by class

Instructions:

1. Design the database tables required to store children and class information. In addition to the attributes, be sure to check the needed foreign keys and primary keys.
2. Write the SQL statements to prepare the tables. The SQL statements need to be typed into a .sql file and submitted on Blackboard for grading.
3. Insert reference data for the classes. The insert statements have to also be included in the .sql file and submitted on Blackboard for grading.
4. Prepare the PhP pages that perform the functions needed.
5. Upload the php files to the server and demonstrate your application to the class.
6. Include the SQL file and the php files into a single zip file and upload to Blackboard.

Bonus Section:

Allow the website to support multiple administrators by using a password/login for each administrator. You will set up the administrators on the back-end using insert statements i.e. no UI required to set up administrator accounts.
