ASSIGNMENT - FORM AND THANK-YOU PAGE

Description -

The goal of this assignment is to create a form and a thank-you page using PHP. You will have one HTML/PHP page containing the form, and one PHP page containing the thank-you page. The thank-you page must have the $_POST variable and the echo command.

You can use either PHP or HTML for the form page. The form in the page must have at least two input text fields and one text-area field. Provide a context for the form, such as the form name and the purpose of the form.

The thank-you message in the PHP page must contain all of the values from the form. This page will display after you submit the form. Style both the form page and the thank-you page.

Refer to the sessions in this module for details about making a form with HTML and getting the form variables with PHP.
