Since you’re acquainted with the creation of small desktop databases, you’ve been asked to design a database to store the above data.

Required:

problem 1: State all three (3) problems which the administration might be asking (3 queries) and for which it will take a lot of time to get answer from log book.

problem 2: Provide the following for database design:

• Tables to be used

• The field names, data type and size of each field in table

• The relationship between each table

Also point out whether a field is a primary or foreign key.
