1. A hardware store charges 4 cents for nuts and 6 cents for bolts.
Write a C++ program that asks the user for the number of bolts and number of nuts in their purchase and then calculates and prints out the total cost.
As an added feature, the program should check the order. It is usually a mistake if there are more bolts than nuts. If that is the case, the program should display the message "Check the Order!" If the number of nuts and bolts are the same, the program should instead display "Order is OK." In either case, the total cost is written out.

Sample Run:
Number of bolts:
12
Number of nuts:

Check the Order!
Total cost: 1.04

2. Write a C++ program to compute and output tuition. Prompt the user for the number of credits taken and the type of classes ('U' for undergraduate - $380 per credit hour, or 'G' for graduate - $395 per credit hour). Display the results.

NOTE: The user will take ALL undergraduate or ALL graduate classes, not a mixture.

3. Write a C++ program to display a list of ALL the decades in the new millennium (2010, 2020, 2030... 3000) to the screen, using a while loop.

4. Write a C++ program that computes and displays the sum of all integers from 1 to an ENDING number, using a while loop.

Prompt the user for the ending number. For example, if the user enters 99, then the program will compute the sum of all the integers from 1 to 99 and would display the final sum of 4950.

5. Write a C++ program to convert rainfall in inches to rainfall in millimeters, given that:
1 inch = 25.4 mm

Sample Output:
4 inches = 101.6 mm of rain

6. Write a C++ program to determine a car's acceleration within 10 seconds. Read in the starting speed and the ending speed. Use the formula:

The program should display the start speed, end speed, and acceleration in miles per second.

7. Given a man's waistsize and weight, the following may be computed:

• His Necksize will be three times his weight divided by his waistsize.
• His Hatsize will be Necksize divided by 2 1/8.
• His Shoesize will be 50 times his waistsize divided by his weight.

Wite a C++ to read in weight and waistsize and compute and display his Necksize, Hatsize, and Shoesize.
