Web-App Developer for Startup

Project Description:

I am seeking someone who is good at building dynamic sites that will run on both desktops and tablets.

The core of the website will be a web-application where teachers can set written work for students, the students will complete it online, the teachers will mark it online and the students can then redraft it online.

One of the first major tasks will be to create a robust text-tagging tool so that annotating work is simple for both students and teachers.

I am seeking someone to work full-time for about three months to four months to build the first section and then for up to one year on developing the remainder.
