Questionnaire:

You are given a file with questions - one question per line.

Ask a user the questions and save the questions with the answers to a new file one per line, so that, the answer line follows the question line.

Ask the user for both file names. Note that you don't know the file lengths at the compile time.

Example: Question file: Are you doing your homework? Are you having fun?

Question Answer file: Are you doing your homework? What do you think? Are you having fun? You call that fun?
