Question 1: Using the attached data previously provided to you, do the following tasks as separate SQLs. 

1. Remove visits from dead patients and count distinct number of remaining patients

2. Remove diagnoses before birth, i.e. negative age of diagnosis and count number of distinct diagnoses remaining

3. Remove patients with more than 365 diagnosis per year of age and count number of patients remaining

4. Remove diagnoses after age of 110

5. Remove diagnoses with no age of diagnosis

6. Find the oldest person in the data

7. Remove patients with less than 365 days between their first and last diagnosis. 

8. Report the number of distinct patients who have only 1 diagnosis

9. For patients who have diabetes, identify the average age of diabetes and standard deviation of the age of diabetes.  Define as diabetic any patient who meets the AHRQ requirement for diabetes

Provide your SQL code as well as answers but no data. 

Question 2: Assess the average impact of CHF on length of stay while controlling for all other comorbidities. To do this, compare all cases with CHF to all controls without the disease. Make sure that in each comparison, patients with and without disease have the same set of comorbidities. Produce a table with the 10 estimates n1 through n10 provided below.
