Some of the user applications require referring to the city, state, and zip of the student's permanent address and to the student's last name. Both the social security number and student number encompass unique values for each and every student.

B) Each and every department is describeed by a name, department code, office number, office phone and college. Both name and code encompass unique values for each of the department.

C) Each course consists of a course name, explanation, course number, number of semester hrs, level and offering department. The value of course number is unique for each and every course.

D) Each section consists of an instructor, semester, year, course and section number.
The section number differentiates different sections of the same course which are taught throughout the same semester/year; its values are 1, 2, 3, ...; up to the number of sections taught throughout each semester.

E) A grade report consists of a student, section, letter grade, and numeric grade (0, 1, 2, 3, 4).
