I need Customize Tumblr theme

Project Description:

I have a blog here

I would like to customize it as follows;

1) Modify the horizontal navigation from the bottom of the page to vertical navigation on the left of the page

2) When a user clicks on an image, they will keep clicking to move to the next image. i would like to modify this so that left and right arrow icons appear after a user clicks on an image which will be used to move left/right through the images

All changes must not rupture the responsive layout!

Skills required are Java, PHP, Visual Basic
