1) UI (jsp, jstl ,html, etc)

2) Framework (Spring MVC and hibernate)

3) Database (MYSQL or anyfreeware database)

4) server (any appserver which is freeware)

coding standard

1) should maintain http session across the application

2) Application should not throw any error if 3 user access the application on similar time
