Assignment

You have been asked to develop a customer service tool to keep track of customers and sales at a hardware supply company. The final product of this tool will include a MySQL database that includes all of the customer information, Web forms that will be used by Customer Service agents to enter and to retrieve customer information, and the PHP page that will submit information from the forms to the MySQL database.

For this assignment, you will only create the database table in MySQL.

• The database table should include the following:

o Customer Name
o Customer Company
o Customer Position/Title
o Customer Phone Number
o Customer Address
o Customer e-Mail Address
o Date of last order

1. Design and create the database table in MySQL using phpMyAdmin. When completed, submit a screenshot from phpMyAdmin to show the table you have created in the database. Paste the screenshot into a Microsoft Word document.
