1. Design a web application using Visual Studio.NET 2012 (C# Language) with the implementation of the following:

a) Upload a Flat file and save it in the database.

b) Upload another Flat file and compare it with existed file in the database.

c) Validations:

- Uploaded File and File from database must be a Flat file.

- The Uploaded File must not be more than 1000 characters.

- Before logging the user, the name of the Uploaded File must be renamed with the user id, which must be unique.

d) After Comparison, the application must display the summary of comparison. E.g., the difference between the files is the character ‘h' is missing in the position 120 in the uploaded file.

After Completion, compress the folder and ensure that the compressed folder contains all your files and then upload into the e-learning.
