Design a database to keep track of information for an art museum. The museum has many art objects. Each art object has a unique number, title, year, description and information about the author it was created by.
An art object can be a painting, a sculpture or other art object. A painting is described in terms of a technique used (oil, watercolors'... etc.), material (canvas, paper, wood etc) and style (modern, abstract etc). For each sculpture, the database should store the material it was made from (wood, marble, bronze etc.), style (modern, abstract etc), height and weight. For other art objects, the database should store the type (print, photo etc) and style (modern, abstract etc).
Art objects are classified into permanent and borrowed. For each permanent art object, the database should store the purchase date, price and its status (displayed or stored). For each borrowed art object the database should store the date borrowed, return date and the collection it was borrowed from. Information about the collection a borrowed art object belongs to includes its name (unique), type (private, museum etc), description, address, phone and contact person.
For each exhibition, the database stores its name, start date and end date, and information about all art objects it consists of. Information about artists includes his/her name (first, middle and last); number (unique), the date of birth, date of death (when applicable), country of origin and description.
