a) Read problem statement.
b) Prepare algorithm using pseudocode and top-down, stepwise refinement.
c) Write down a Java program.
d) Test, debug and implement Java program.
e) Process three complete sets of data.
Drivers are concerned with mileage their automobiles get. One driver has kept track of numerous tankfuls of gasoline by recording miles driven and gallons used for each tankful. Create Java application which will input miles driven and gallons used (both as integers) for each tankful. Program must compute and display miles per gallon obtained for each tankful and print combined miles per gallon obtained for all tankfuls up to this point. All averaging computations must produce floating-point results. Use class Scanner and sentinel-controlled repetition to get data from the user.
