Part 1: Project Title: HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DATABASE

Provide a brief description about what type of data model you're developing, along with a project description.

Part 2: Data Management Project Outline

Define Entities, primary keys, and relationships that are used to define the data model for your project.

Part 3: Data Management Project Initial Rough Draft

Submit a rough draft or conceptual model.

Use the entities, primary key, and relationships identified in Part 2 to develop this model

Part 4: Data Dictionary

o Use one or two entities from Part 3 submission of data model.
o Provide the following information for the data dictionary: attribute name, data type, size, and definition.
o Sample formats are provided.

Part 5: ERD Diagram

o For all tables: primary keys, attributes, data types Define all relationships
o Define all foreign keysThis database should be normalized in 3rd normal form.

Part 6: Final Project Rough Draft Submission (before Final Draft Submission in Part 7)

o All project requirements identified above should be submitted in this "final rough draft"
o This will give students the capability to get feedback and identify any issues before submitting final project in Part 7.
