Project Description:

1. Introduction

ADA recovery Branch gets different Input from Agency centralized reporting team. This is then tracked and updated by the branch. The Task mention above is being done manually in Excel sheets which make it difficult to organize and Generate required reports. Thus a requirement to create software which can give a single window interface to manage all recovery related transactions.

1 Purpose

Software will assist SIMS team to check and track progress account assigned to their team. It can be an online solution which will track a recovery account from starting till the end. It will provide a Reporting Structure to generate generalized reports.

2 Scope

SIMS Recovery project automation will perform the subsequent task.

1) Import needed data containing recovery details from data received through Agency internal Reporting structure.

2) Once data is imported give a system to manage and updated day to day transaction.

3) Will give a mechanism to generate reports which are required in timely manner by the SIMS.

4) Also offer a provision to generate Ad-hoc reports required by SIMS

5) Will give a logging mechanism to log any update done to the system

SIMS will benefit from it in subsequent way

1) Online update of any operations being done

2) Continuous monitoring of Recovery status of every level of management.

3) Report Structure be formalized

4) Manual intervention can be at the minimum so that error can be brought down.

5) Redundancy and wrong update may be track

6) Any major deviation in process can be highlighted as soon as it occurs.
