An organization is planning to connect its networks to the Internet. The network is located within a four story building. A web server supporting online sales is also connected to this network.

i. Critically discuss a communication channel which will be suitable for providing this link to the Internet.

ii. The LANs can be extended using wireless technology. Critically appraise issues associated with wireless LANs.

iii. Critically compare WiFi with WiMAX technologies and discuss why WiFi is unable to provide similar services as WiMax?

iv. If the network is suffering from low performance and the staff experience long response times when using the network. Discuss possible reasons for this poor performance.
