Do you believe that any form of document content validation must be applied to web pages before they are placed in  public domain? That is, some form of assurance that they don't contain completely incorrect information. As opposed to censorship, this could be some form of assurance that someone is not advocating incorrect doses of medicine, or advocating historical events that did not take place... etc. Do you think some form of automatic checking is viable?
