Network architecture is the rules for building a local area network. Included are speeds of transmission, distance, number of repeating devices, allowable LAN segments, and cable type and access method.
The most common network architectures are Ethernet, wireless, and dial-up modem.
Describe Ethernet, wireless, and dial-up modem architectures, and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of them.
