Connection Oriented Transport TCP

The TCP  provides  full  transport  layer services to application. TCP is reliable connection  oriented  transport protocol. One application  process can being  to send  data to  another  the  two  processes must  first  hand  shake  with each  other i, e, they must  send  same preliminary  segments  to each  other to establish  the parameters  of the  ensuring  data transfer.
