1. Build a systems operations dashboard to reflect a global enterprise network and critical mission applications. Customers for the dashboard are the Agency CIO and various group chiefs. Be sure to include a section that addresses progress in one of the following areas:

• Phasing out infrastructure software and hardware no longer supported.
• Migration to a SOA architecture.
• Introduction of wireless into the organization.
• Desktop conversion to a Microsoft platform.
• Refurbishment of IT infrastructure at 3 field sites.

2. Create a list of what can go wrong during the deployment phase of a project and steps that could have been taken to avoid these problems.
