CSS has been a web standard in some form for more than 10 years, replacing the once-bloated HTML tag sets and attributes that were added to enhance the look and feel of early websites. Now HTML is more what it was intended to be-a structuring tool-and CSS is implemented to control presentation.

Discuss the pros and cons of learning and using CSS to control presentation.

Discuss the levels of CSS standards in current use and emerging trends in CSS designs.
