This case study assesses students' ability to apply theoretical learning to practical, real world situations.

The Tasks - You have to read the Smart Medical System (SMS) case study and answer the followings:

1. Based on the project requirements and scope, discuss whether the project schedule is reasonable? Why or why not?

2. Discuss the different types of SDLC methodology explaining the operations for each phase.

3. In your opinion and based on project requirements which type of SDLC methodology (predicative, adaptive or mixed) more suit for the SMS project development. Justify your answer.

4. Discus in details the activities required at each phase of the SDLC for developing the SMS project.

5. Propose four types of techniques, models and tools can be used to support the activities and tasks of SMS development.

6. Suppose you are the IT director at the CSD, and you want to hire a joiner systems analyst. The person of this position will support other senior systems analysts on the SMS project. Write an advertisement that would appear in the local newspapers and online. In this advertisement, you should list desired skills, experience, and educational requirements.
