Output - makes process data available

Presentation Guidelines

Use the 5-7 rule to keep the font large enough to read and the slide less busy.

Use phrases for lists not complete sentences so the audience listen to the presenter instead of reading the slide.

Use upper and lower case to make it easy to read the slide.

Limit use of italics as italics is more difficult to read when projected.

Use large enough font - 44/32 rule so the audience can see the material.

Use an easy to read font that projects well without a lot of questions about the letters.

Use a maximum of 3 different fonts to keep the presentation clean and professional.
Boldface & shadow text if needed to present a thicker letter and crisp edge.

Center titles, left justify text as centered bullets aren't easy to read.

Use bullets for emphasis instead of complete sentences.
Use clip art, symbols, & images as appropriate to convey a visual to the concepts being presented.

Use a template to provide consistency in the presentation

Use color scheme throughout the presentation in order for it to flow as one presentation.
