problem 1: In the image compression we use three different methods to compress pixel data:
a) Mapping the pixel values to some other set of values.
b) Quantizing those values.
c) Symbol encoding the resultant values.
Describe each method; describe the manner in which it helps us to compress the image, and describe how the method is implemented in the baseline JPEG compression method.

and describe the implications that each of these has on the design of display devices, comprising numerical estimates of the limits beyond which a human can’t discriminate.
