Pretend you are a top national microbologist reasearcher

Your working at a remote field station and you've been given a container of undentified mostly microscopic. Your job is to determine if the organisms are bacteria, unicellular algae, or protozans.

Unfortunatlly the electricity is out, so you can't use your microscope. However the lab is stocked with all the chemicals you need to test for the presence of particular molecules and cellular components for example, you might have a hypothetical chemical that would turn blue in the presence of chloroplasts, which should distinguish one of the four groups listed above.

Discuss your research goals and prepare a list of at least three thest that you'll perform

Hint: You need to think about what chemicals and or orgarelles unique and different from each other, so you might statr with that type of list. Your chemicals do not have tobe real chemicales; for example you can use one that turnes blue in the presence of chloroplast or you might use one that glowes in the presence of something else.
