Physics:

Physics is a science which deals with the structure of matter and the interactions among the basic constituents of the observable world. Long termed natural philosophy (from the Greek physikos), physics is concerned with all aspects of nature, covering the behavior of objects beneath the action of specified forces and the nature and origin of gravitation, electromagnetic, and nuclear force fields. The aim of physics is to formulate comprehensive principles which bring altogether and elucidate all apparent phenomena.

The term physics is derived from Greek word fusis that means nature or natural things. As such, physics is stated as the branch of science that studies natural phenomena in terms of fundamental laws and physical quantities. The study is usually structured to persuade queries, occurring from the observed events occurring all over the world. In this logic, Physics answers questions regarding universe and the way elements of universe cooperate to compose natural phenomena.

The fundamental principles in physics are simple and broad, but stating (basic) in nature. Elements and quantities employed to explain natural phenomena are also general and fundamental. The entire of universe, as a matter of fact, can be considered to be consisting of two fundamental quantities: (i) matter and (ii) energy. For this cause, some physicists rightly state physics as the study of energy and matter.
