You must Find a GREENHOUSE specifically with these features:

It can withstand dessert heat up to 38-50 degrees Celsius 7-9 months of the year.

It must have Temperature control, cooling and heating.

Ventilation System.

Co2 dosing machine.

Allow Maximum sun access (meaning that it should be as exposed as possible yet protected. If a shade is included in the greenhouse design so be it as long as it doesn't affect the growth of the plants.)

It should be accustomed to commercial growth of fruits and vegetables using the hydroponic method. Note: don't look for any hydroponic system just make sure we can do hydroponics in it.

It should be made of sturdy and quality material to insure long life expectancy and to also withstand calamities such as dessert gusts or winds.

The size we are looking to grow in is 10,000ft. However, we are looking for 12,000 ft. so we can have enough room in case we need more space. Furthermore, if we must split it into two different rooms like 6,000 and another 6000 that's also fine.
