Who are the early ancestors of platyrrhines and how did platyrrhines get to South America?

· Choose a controversial topic related to primates or primate evolution. This means that you must choose a topic that has conflicting points of view in the literature (i.e., just saying your topic is diet is not good enough. What is the controversy about diet?).

· Clearly state your topic and discuss the alternating viewpoints regarding the topic.
