Schedule of works for the refurbishment of university campus

A schedule explains the method and procedure by which the works will be carried out using NBS - National Building Specification

A FILE WILL BE UPLOAD TO SHOW THE EXISTING FLOOR PLAN AND THE NEW FLOOR PLAN ( TO SHOW THE WORKS THAT WILL NEED TO BE CARIRIED OUT)

Works that need to done.

1. relocating the mens toilets from one location to another, (reusing the same materials)

2. installing a new ventilation system

3. the removal of the second entrance door and the installing of the glass automatic door at the entrance,

4. the installation of the reception desk with shutters.

5. remove of the small room with the office space.

6. Repainting all the walls (colour to be approved by client)

7. Replacing to 2 internal doors

6. Fit new black plastic from Polypipe® Elegence® range - to include all rainwater fixtures and fittings (gutters, downpipes, brackets etc)

7. Fit new black plastic eaves support trays to provide underfelt support . Ensure minimum 50mm lap into gutter
