Once evening, Abdul Samad, Abu's spiritual adviser, told Abu that their religious group urgently needed a new meeting place. Abdul Samad reminds Abu in a friendly way of the large bungalow that Abu owns in Morib. On being told to pray for guidance, Abu announces that he has been inspired to sell the said bungalow to Abdul Samad at 10% of its actual value. Three days later, Abu sees his solicitors and executed the transfer of his said bungalow to Abdul Samad at the said value. Two month later, Abdul Samad expelled Abu from the religious group. Abu now wants to set aside the sale of his bungalow.
