1. Read 3 to 4 journal articles about digital control or industrial control, eg. one particular application, implementation aspect such as selection of sampling time, hardware etc. No text book example is allowed.

2. Write an essay between 5 to 10 pages (one side count as 1 page) summarizing the reading, including graphs etc. Also, point out the advantages and disadvantages of the technique used. Propose any method to overcome the disadvantages. Use your own words.

3. Your essay should be typed written in arial, 12 points font. You should include a list of the title of articles, authors, publication source, page no. etc at the end of your report. Attach the articles in your appendix section. Make sure you run the spell check before printing out the hardcopy.
