iii. A few types of quality management systems are evolved in construction projects.

a) Explain the risk management process.

b) Describe and explain the 4Ts in risk management process.

c) Illustrate a common tool available for a PM to use in support of the risk management process.

Any activity has a life cycle and projects are not an exception. Define the stages of a project lifecycle and explain the difference of each stage. You may use tables, graphs, statements to support your answer.

Project Management is aimed to achieve project goals in a successful manner. This is critical in successful delivery of large scale, complex construction projects where historical evidence is showing failures in achieving project goals, irrespective of the projects may ultimately reach physical completion.
