Write a 700- to 1,050-word paper of your 3-day diet analysis, including a screenshot of your final results. Your paper must be in APA format and include a title page, 700 to 1,050 words of analysis, and a separate reference page. Include the following details in your paper:

· Describe your current eating habits.

· How does your diet compare to the recommendations you received from the Food Guide Pyramid? How many servings from each food group did you consume?

· How might you modify your diet to best use the six classes of nutrients and the recommended servings for each food group? What are some nutrient-rich foods you could add to your daily diet?


· Identify the six classes of nutrients and explain how your overall nutrient intake affects current health.
