\Delta G{}'^{\circ} for this reaction is -3.3 kcal/mol at 25 degrees and pH 7.0

Required:

Question 1: Calculate \Delta G{}'^{\circ} at 25 degrees when the conventration of glucose-6-phosphate is 20 \muM and the glucose and phosphate conventrations are 5mM each. Assume the appropriate enzyme is presnet to catalyze this reaction
