Question 1: When, during meiosis, does segregation occur? Draw a chromosomal model with eight chromosomes that explains the results of your experiment.

Question 2: Can someone help explain the process of chromosome walking in positional cloning to me please? I need a detailed explanation without being too esoteric. Why is the overlapping of genes necessary? Please actually give an explanation and don't just post a picture of google.
