Question 2: A biologist isolated a gene from a human cell, placed it in a plasmid and inserted the plasmid into a bacterium. The bacterium made a new protein but it was nothing like the protein found in the human. Explain why.

Question 3: Why do identical twins usually become more different from each other as they age?
